I don't know what I expected with the decaf but it is as good as the full-n Pike Place Roast. Strong without being bitter or overpowering. Great for the afternoon all by itself.

I think the taste is very subtle , very pleasant aroma once I opened the bag. There is no acid nor bitter taste in the coffee. I think it is best with just milk of 2 % fat .

The Pike Place Roast is a great coffee. Just opening the bag is great. The rich coffee aroma. And grinding the beans every morning starts the day off great
