I sent a message to customer service, but never received a reply. One of the bags of coffee in my box was split open and had spilled out in the box. Other than this issue, we like the coffee. It's the best decaf that we've tried.

I love this coffee. BUT ! Is there another way to package it for shipping? I understand the valve on the coffee bags needs to not be covered but perhaps plastic wrap (sealed) around the rest of the bag? Just leave a hole for the co2 valve?
