What happened?

Used to taste great and was perfect for a quick cup on the go. Just recently bought some for work, but was grossed out by the burnt taste. Not sure what to do with the rest of them since I don't want to subject anyone else it. Please, whatever you did Starbucks, change it back!

I used to say that Starbucks had never met a bean they couldn't over-roast, but this Pike Place blend is just right--a mellow, medium roast you can live with.
