Amazing Dual Zone Performance

I use the upper area for my sparkling wines and it holds a very cold temperature, while on the bottom I store red wines at a much warmer temperature. The performance of this Temperature controlled appliance meets all my wine needs. I own three of them and can't be happier with the quality of my purchase. The 76 bottle is just the right size for me too. One of them is dedicated 100% for my White Burgundy Collection. The other one stores 100% red wine at the perfect temperature. A very nice feature is a water reservoir located behind the unit, near the compressor. The water helps to keep the inside of the fridge with the right amount of humidity for the wooden racks and corks to not dry and crack. It looks cool as well, specially with the lights on. Definitely recommend this NewAir appliance for keeping the wines in perfect condition. If you care enough for your wine storage, this is the way to do it. Amazing value! It overdelivers for the price.

Quiet Operation, Excellent Customer Service

We bought this in Sept 2022 and were very pleased with it. Since we have an open floor plan this unit is close to our living area having a quiet unit is important for us and this fridge is very quiet. We also are pleased with the response when we called customer service with questions. Good product, great customer service.

Thank you newair for taking care of a problem i experienced with my 76 bottle fridge. I am very pleased with the customer service I received and attention to my problem. I am now back up and running, writing this review as my many bottles chill. I live in Napa, wine country California and have an extensive collection of wines; additionally, i own 5 other (humidors & ice maker's) from newair which all are functioning perfectly. I recommend this unit (newair products) and appreciate their attention to resolving my service needs.
