Well I love the machine but there is so much I don't know. My brother ordered this for me and he knew I wanted Office 365 with Word and Excel. It is on the system but I can't do everything I had looked forward to doing. DO I HAVE THE COMPLETE SET OR JUST A SAMPLE? This is very important to me.

My new E14 came with an administrator password that I could not recover. This prevented me from make you changes to my computer. After a complete reimagining my laptop is working fine. In the process I lost all software that came with the computer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great product and just what I needed -- fast speed that matches my brain storming and makes my ideas come true before I forget them. Also, I am glad that I got this computer just in time for an important virtual meeting. The wifi connection is great and the camera is much clearer than my old pc. I am also finally able to work with multiple programs running at the same time. In a word, this computer just makes my work and my life so much easier and with more fun:)
