[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very hard to find a laptop balanced between performance and portability. I have been using Macbook Pro, Surface Pro and XPS15 before and X1 extreme is the most balanced between. Very sturdy built.

Horrible Battery Life and Loud Fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lenovo rep told me the battery would be 12+ hours. It last 2-3 hours under normal use, email, spreadsheets, basic web transactions, voip. The fan is also extremely loud, to the point that it interferes with voip calls.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It has a excellent RAM, superb memory and great graphics. The only drawback is the battery life. But it is not that bad as compared to others of the same class.. A must buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This computer is a sweet workhorse that doesn't break a sweat when I open a baker's dozen and more 45 MP RAW digital camera files and also have a dozen plus web sites open in two different browsers. The high density touch screen helps me touch up my photos. Thanks to the i9 chip and 64 GB of memory, this thing runs silent and deep. And, it has one of the best keypads ever--I am a writer as well as a photographer.
