1st miss my order, call the 3rd times to find my order, wait long times during the call..., at the end, the delivery was back to the Lenovo for no reason. I finally need to call and cancel it. It took a month since I order it in the first time. Very low quality of follow up services!

I'm very happy with this product! Before Christmas, I had ordered the same laptop but unfortunately, it had a fan issue. After returning the product, I spoke with a sales rep and he was more than helpful with replacement and even offered other services! I'm very glad I went with Lenovo!

Very disapointed

I bought this laptop to show my client preview pictures on the shoot. But was very disappointed with it. The color is accuracy very important when you shoot people or clothing. The skin of models looks with a green-yellow color cast. And you can't correct it with any color calibration utility, like X-rate or spider. I contacted Lenovo support and they said that I should send it for reparation, but I don't think it's can be repaired if the quality of the display is soo cheap. Would like to return it and get my money back. Don't know if it is possible. Big money and absolutely useless laptop for me.

Our 5 year old ThinkPads work significantly better. Side by side at work, the ThinkPad is faster online with far less glitches. I am disappointed in our new ThinkBook.

It is an ordinary laptop. There are no areas that I would say it is superior to other similar laptops. The battery life is very poor. And the hard drive should be double the size.Inhave only had it for a month and installed a few programs such as MS office and Adobe writer, I have already used half the hard drive space. I haven’t even saved any photos or music yet. The battery is 1/3 of the life of what was advertised. This is an important feature for a laptop where this product scores very poorly.

Laptop kept freezing on me from the get go. Wouldn't even restart or shut down, had to hit the reset button and re set up windows. Also the speakers make an annoying crackling sound when listening to music, unbearable and unusable.
