Low battery life but handles multitasking well

First laptop purchase (and first time using Lenovo product) and using this for school work. Some of the software I use on this laptop is visual studios, word, web browsers, etc. And in most cases, I will have various applications opened simultaneously.
I have been using this laptop for around a month now. From what I am experiencing is that the laptop is quite fast. The only thing I can complain about is that short battery life upon recharging. On a full charge, the laptop can last roughly 4 to 5 hours before reaching the power-saver mode which is around 20%. So, I usually find myself having to recharge at least two times a day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was always a big fan of thinkbooks and thinkpads as they are some of the most durable everyday type of laptops. Sturdy and not cheap to the touch. Throughout my professional career these were always the good to and you did not have to worry about defect, of course anything can happen with any electrical device. The image is clean(resolution) and the overall speeds are decent considering everyday usage. I would recommend other in acquiring such Lenovo products as well.

Solid design with a great mix of features and expansion. The extra drive slot and upgradable memory combined with the new 11th Gen Intel chips is a solid mix and the new Iris Xe graphics gives a business platform moderate gaming capability. The matte touchscreen was a great addition and hard to find in other models.

It does heat up a bit, especially when I have it on my lap. Also, battery does not last nearly as long as they say it does.

Laptop is great, intelligent cooling system that doesn't make any noise, smooth keyboard, startup time is fast. very satisfied with the product. just noticed that the laptop is touch screen as well.
One last thing is Lenovo delivery is garbage, I waited 4 extra weeks for the laptop to arrive in Canada and the after sales support is pretty much useless, they often lie and tell you things like you'll receive an email within within 24-48 hrs. your reship order is approved etc., call the next day and they will tell you something else completely
