Unfortunately it came with a defective screen so I just returned it without issues.Customer Service was really good. Audio volume is lower than other computers I had in the past. Battery last only 3 hours but not sure if that is normal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very nice laptap for self employed individuals. Arrived with a problem on the lower right portion of the screen. Depending on the colour of the screen there is a mark that shows up. Appears to be faulty.

I've only had the laptop for a couple weeks but I'm impressed. Physical design is very sturdy and professional; I especially like the metal lid / top. Good keyboard layout, feels quality as you type and if you are a heavy Excel user, the numpad is an obvious necessity that you don't get on smaller laptops. I'm also surprised how much I use the touchscreen; thought I wouldn't touch it; you could do without though. Specifically my laptop has the i5 11th gen processor and 16GB of ram. For office work you can definitely get by with 8GB of ram. With no GPU you can't run big games like Flight Sim 2020, despite the increased ram. Lastly, my screen is the 300nit version and I am very happy to have the additional brightness over the 250nit options. Recommend you pay for the 300nit screen. The screen resolution at 1920 x 1080 is good. You DO NOT want to buy a laptop with less than this. 1366 x 768 is horrible to look at and you'll really notice it when trying to read text or word process. 1920 x 1080 should be the minimum resolution from a health and safety perspective as less than that tires out my eyes quickly, especially in Word or Excel.
