[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was very simple and easy to set up and start immediately! The screen is crisp, and the keyboard feels like the quality product that it is. It is lighter and thinner than I thought it would be before I got it! I also love the backlit keyboard and especially the fingerprint reader to sign into the computer! It makes the time between boot up and starting even shorter.
One of my only qualms is that the touchpad is very very unresponsive. It doesn’t work when your fingers are dry, and it doesn’t work when your fingers are even a tad wet. 4 out of five touches are missed by the track pad. This makes it aggravating to use without a mouse, so having and using one is a must.
Other than the touch pad, I really love this little and powerful computer! 4/5 stars!

Computer functions great but shuts down randomly

Most of the time the laptop works great. It is fast enough and it is able to handle all of the things I have running. However, sometimes it will suddenly sort of freeze but not in the standard way where everything stops functioning. Instead, all the applications will sort of stop functioning and a lot of their features will stop operating but not all (for example a video might continue to play). When I try to click anything I am unable to actually click but I can still move the mouse around. This lasts anywhere from 10 seconds to a minute then the computer will restart. It has been doing this since I first bought it, despite it being brand new. There is no pattern to it as well. It may go a few days without doing this, or it may happen once or twice a day. I can't identify what is triggering it or what might be the issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
