[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am usually a Mac guy. In fact, I have not used a PC since the early 2000's. But my business really is best suited for the PC world and I wanted something that had a touch screen, was easy to use, and could run the programs I needed to run. I found this Laptop as a refurbished unit with a 2 year warranty so I took the plunge.
I did a TON of research before purchasing and wanted a laptop with a fast enough process and decent memory. I also wanted a touch screen and an "extended" keyboard (you know, with the calculator on the side). I wanted a brand name so it came down to Lenovo, HP, and Dell. And to be honest, I had not made up mind until I chatted with a Lenovo rep.
She was great. She answered all of my questions, suggested a few laptops to consider, and steered me away from computers that were just "too much." I am not a gamer, not a photo editor or videographer. I just needed something reliable to run my business software and that wouldn't crash every 10 minutes.
It has taken a little bit to get used the Windows interface after being on Macs for so long. And I wish the built in keypad was not so sensitive (I bought an external mouse to alleviate that annoying thing.) And the fingerprint reader doesn't always read my fingerprints (a minor annoyance.) But overall, it is a great machine and I hope to run it until it is obsolete - so about 6 months....

At this time I'm mostly using it for keeping track of bills and expenses and I haven't had any issues yet. My only complaint is that there is a bit too much extra programs that I'm going to have to uninstall but this is a complaint I would have about any computer that is pre-installed with Windows. The laptop is fast and this is my first experience with a SSD and I have to say that I am beyond thrilled with it.
