Your pole saw works great. Only 5 minutes to assembly and another minute to cut-down a very high split branch with both feet on the ground. Highly recommended.

Greenworks just makes the best outdoors battery equipment. I would pat a lot more for Greenworks vs the other electric tool brands.

The pole saw is a handy gem! At least my 72 year old husband thinks so... LOL. I have not been able to pry it from his hands since I bought it! Both of his shoulders have damaged rotator cuffs and still he is able to operate this saw with relative ease over his head. It is an excellent tool for hard-to-reach places. The design has a built-in hook that helps removing tangled branches. The workhorse battery uses a full charge for an average size treed back and side yard. I will submit another review once he falls asleep and I am able to spirit it away!
