Great option during fire restrictions

We bought this for cutting firewood and for cutting limbs around the house. I use a Stihl gas saw for work which is OK but I wanted something that was gas-free at home. The power has been fine for basic cuts and one battery is more than enough to cut up a downed 14" diameter tree. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Works well, but can be improved

Used this a couple times and cuts well except for saplings which cause chain to knock off. I like the saw and feels good. The bar oil chamber leaks and could be designed better.

Been using it for two years. Bought an extra 40v, 4 amp hour batter and have six chains that I hand sharpen with a round file.
I hardly ever need the second battery, even on a 15" dia tree. Three members of our Orchard club have bought this after watching me use it. LOVE IT

i have been using my 16" 40 volt instead of my expensive sthil. i don't miss the hassle of trying to start it, bringing it in for repair, lugging the weight around and mixing the gas. i love my g-max and will never go back.

I think this would be a good tool, but I'd like to know where I could see it in use and feel it for my self. I bought a gas operated one years ago an it didn't live up to my expectations. Where can I see in action?
