[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Battery life not that great, but its overall a decent product. The blower is powerful and appreciate the lawn mower drives forward without you having to push the entire thing.

Hello Christiee813. Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you are enjoying the power of the blower and the ease of the self-propelled mower. For getting the best possible runtime out of your combo kit, a few simple adjustments can help: 1. Using standard power modes when conditions allow can extend battery life, saving higher settings for tougher jobs. 2. Mowing on a regular schedule and avoiding overly tall or wet grass reduces strain on the mower. 3. Setting a slightly higher cutting height can also improve efficiency and runtime. 4. Keeping air intakes and components clear of debris helps all tools run more efficiently. For longer run times, this system is compatible with other Greenworks 24V batteries, so adding additional or higher-capacity batteries (such as 6.0Ah options, where available) can help you work longer without interruptions. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and your feedback helps us continue improving our products. If you have any additional questions about compatibility or operation, Greenworks Customer Success can be reached either via Chat on www.greenworkstools.com or by calling 1-888-909-6757, and our team will be happy to assist.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this one in bundle and my back yard is around 2400 sqft and with single charge,I was able to do mowe,Edge trimming and blower operation. Self-propeled option is great addional of older people can do it as well.Power is enough to mowe around 5 to 6" long grass to 2 to 3" grass.
We’ve used the mower 3 times and barely get through half of our small yard. Beware, up to 60 minutes run time, really means 20-30 minutes mowing and then waiting 2 1/2 hours for the batteries to charge. No option to return for dissatisfaction so I’m just out of luck. Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Chris O27. Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear the runtime has not met your expectations. For this kit (1349002), the “up to 60 minutes” runtime is based on ideal, low-load conditions. Actual runtime can vary significantly depending on factors such as grass height/density, cutting height setting, terrain, and self-propel usage (if applicable). In typical residential mowing conditions, it is common to see shorter active mowing time, especially in thicker or taller grass. To help maximize runtime, we recommend, mowing more frequently to avoid cutting overgrown grass. Raising the cutting height to reduce motor load. Ensuring the deck and blade are clean and free of buildup. Using a slower walking pace to reduce strain on the motor. Confirming batteries are fully charged and properly seated before use. Greenworks 48V (24V x 2) 5.0Ah batteries generally takes 75 minutes to fully charge when using a Greenworks dual-port rapid charger. Charge times of approximately 2–2.5 hours are expected depending on battery temperature and charge level. We understand your concern regarding return options and appreciate you sharing your experience. If you need help optimizing performance further, our support team is available to assist. They can be reached either using the online chat function, on Greenworks Tools page, accessible by clicking “Chat Now” in the bottom corner of your screen, or by calling 1-888-909-6757.
Trigger lockout button is aweful for left handers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the trimmer for the first time I have two suggestions. (1) A telescoping pole would have been nice and (2) the trigger lockout button is a real problem and should have at least been placed on the top of the tool instead of on the side which makes it extremely difficult for left-handed people. I would not recommend to anyone else, but because of my situation and experience I plan on disabling the lockout safety function altogether in order to make the tool less awkward to use.
Pros: Convenient, Effective
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello Steve1024. Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback, especially around left-handed usability, which is an important consideration. The trigger lockout is designed as a required safety feature to help prevent accidental starts during handling and transport. Its placement is intended to balance accessibility with safety, but it’s clear that the current design can feel awkward for left-handed operation. Your suggestion around a top-mounted or more ambidextrous lockout is valuable input for future design improvements. Regarding the pole length, a telescoping or adjustable shaft is another commonly requested feature, particularly for improving comfort across different user heights. It is important to note that modifying or disabling the lockout mechanism is not recommended, as it can create a safety risk and would void the manufacturer’s warranty. If the current setup is difficult to use, adjusting hand positioning or grip approach may help improve control while still using the tool as designed. Feedback like this is helpful in highlighting real-world ergonomics and accessibility considerations, especially for left-handed users. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did a lot of looking around for a yard set that would fit my needs and I settled on this set. It fits my needs and price point as I have only a small front yard. Ordered and received them kit as promissed. It was packaged nicely. Assembly was fairly straight forward. Took a bit to charge up both batteries. Once done I got to mowing and I really liked the assist drive. I was able to mow, trim & blow on one charge with enough left battery left to do it again before needing to recharge. What I was paying a gardener this will pay its self off within the year. I expect to get many years use out this.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The easiest set up possible and have enough battery power to mow, weed, and blow entire lawn. Powerful enough for regular grass that has not been cut in a few weeks which is all I need. Assembly was also very easy all in all took less than 10 minutes to have all the tools running.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's great price for combo lawnmower set. After I bought it, I realized that it had only 2 batteries that only last for 30 minutes of usage. So I have to buy 2 more batteries and still have to wait for charging it. So task don't complete in one straight settings.. good for small yards..
