[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The greenworks 40v trimmer I just purchased works fine but starts slow is noisy and the double safety feature is ridiculous.

The Greenworks 40V 24" Hedge Trimmer (MODEL# HT40B212) is designed for instant startup, so there is no intentional delay built into the tool. Some noise underload is normal for battery-powered trimmers, and the double safety feature is designed to help prevent accidental starts and keep you safe while operating the tool.
If you notice any excessive or inconsistent startup delay, here are some tips that may help:
Ensure proper battery seating: Make sure the battery clicks securely into place. A loosely connected battery can cause intermittent power or startup issues.
Check the handle position: The rear handle rotates for versatility, but it must be locked in a valid operating position for the trimmer to start.
Inspect for obstructions: Debris, sap, or thick branches can jam the blades. If the motor senses an obstruction, it may temporarily prevent startup to protect the tool.
Reset the tool: If the trimmer has been idle, removing and reinserting the battery can “power cycle” the system and clear temporary safety modes.

Really nice drill

It's powerful enough for the auger, and the multiple features makes it great for drilling regular holes for wood and brick

I’ve been extremely impressed with this cordless drill. It has a ton of power while being slightly smaller than my old craftsman and handles everything from basic household projects to heavier-duty jobs without struggling. The compact design is one of the best features — it fits easily into tight spaces where larger drills just can’t reach, which made a huge difference when working inside cabinets and corners.
