Some of the machining to the blade was unfinished, so it jammed up initially. i used a nicholson file on the blade and fixed it. Otherwise it’s good.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Your issue could be due to a jammed branch or twig between the blades which may not be noticeable. Disconnect from your power supply and carefully check to see if the blades are jammed with debris or potentially a bent blade which is causing it to be stuck. Please give that a try and let us know. You'll love the 180 degree handle.

I've used the trimmer for almost a year now and it's the best lightweight trimmer I've ever owned. The 180 degree handle makes for easy work around the larger bushes in the back and side of our house. A must have for the yard.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been using this now for several years. More power than the corded one it replaced. So light and nimble without the. Pruning seems to take have the time. Love it.

GREAT POWERFUL HEDGE TRIMMER

I purchased this Hedge Trimmer in early August. I have a 3/4 mile long driveway that has trees and brush growing the length of it. The branches had spread out to the point they were scratching my car. It took me two weeks to finish, but this trimmer performed FLAWLESSLY. The 24" cutting bar allowed me to reach up high enough to clear away overhead brush. In previous years, I had to stand in the bed of my pickup while my wife drove to completely open up the driveway. This trimmer cuts through 1/2" & smaller branches like they were butter, and will "gnaw" its way through the thicker ones. The driveway is now more open than it has EVER been, I probably won't have to trim it again at all next year.....

i bought this about a couple of years ago. it's a great tool. runs for a little over an hour charged. battery never go down much as long as it's stored on the charger.
