Worst laptop ever

I have owned this laptop for 2 years and have already had it replaced once by Microsoft. Again, same hardware issue is happening again - charging port stops working. So frustrating and a complete waste of money. Wish I never switched from a MacBook - which lasted 10+ years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
