Missing Parts

The set came with no instructions so we had to watch a video on our phone. We were missing 2 pieces of wood but were able to use a couple of the deck railing pieces to figure that out. Then when we were more than halfway completed we realized 11 pieces of hardware were missing. Trying to get replacement pieces sent asap, have 3 year old twins and I'm so, so nervous about them trying to climb on it and getting hurt.

Confusing Installation Instructions and Parts

The BILT app is confusing to use to build the unit. It doesn’t show you what side the piece goes on unless you press the specific piece. It’s very easy to mess up. The parts that are aligned with each other show the unit sitting flat on a floor but the fasteners in reality lift the unit and cause it to balance off the floor making it hard to attach pieces that need to lay flat.
Finally, are the screws supposed to be countersunk into the wood or not? Otherwise the screws itself can catch on the bottom of a foot or hand. However, countersinking can cause sharp wood fragments with this kind of cheap wood.
All of the holes should’ve been pre drilled. Having to guess at some hole positions and either predrill myself or force it is frustrating.

Disappointing

We put it together about a month ago and it is already falling apart. My daughter is only 2, so she is well below the weight limit and not capable of being rough enough to cause damage. Definitely disappointed for how much money we paid for it. Thought I was getting good quality from the Little Tikes name. My previous honest review appears to have been deleted, so I am leaving a new one...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Grandkids love this!

Both our grandkids (5 and 2) love this set! They love the swings and slide but especially the house and deck. It allows them to use their imagination and get creative! They spend hours playing with this playground and I can really see them growing with it - such a great investment!

This product is OK. Couldn't wait until it came in. I knew when I purchased the playset that it required two people to put together and a lot of hours. However, the playhouse itself came in damaged. We were still able to assemble it, but it has numerous dents in it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recently purchased our chipmunk cottage and assembled it for our daughter. The build was straight forward and fairly easy to follow. The kids absolutely love playing on it and it is extremely sturdy for its use (still new, waiting to see how well it holds up). I would recommend an aftermarket swing for small children like little tikes offers. All in all, I highly recommend this play set!

I bought this a couple of weeks ago. The grandkids love it. It took my son and I 8 hours to build. Some of the wood is soft and was easy to split. The directions were easy to understand.
