[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The system overall is a work of art, it's amazing. The problem was the fact that I got a custom brand new system which took 2 months to come in, then when it came, 2/4 ram slots did not read anything. I called premium support (signed up for 5 years) which they did a diagnosis and came to realize that the motherboard might be DOA. So, they send a NEW RAM to diagnosis. Tech came in the next day to diagnose, figured it was a dead motherboard, so the tech called lenovo to send in the motherboard. I did get the motherboard on the next day in which lenovo sent out a tech after 1 day of the part arriving. problem was, the motherboard that the factory sent is again DOA... so they had to send out another motherboard, took another 2 days to get the tech. fortunately the tech from peopletogo was amazing and accomodating, he installed the new motherboard and the PC was finally up and running! After being so excited, I started installing all the programs and all and yet again found that the microsoft office I have bought is a subscription and not a permanent license. (when I bought my old lenovo t470p, the option for microsoft office on the first page of building your system was always permanent, now it's not) So, be wary of what software you purchase!!! read them first because lenovo wont tell you it's a subscription. overall experience is terrible but like I said, the PC is a work of art. I am just overall sad.
