I love so many things about this trainer! First, I love how it folds up and occupies so little space. Next, it’s easy to swap between mine and my wife’s bikes without having to worry about changing (and buying) extra cassettes. We can use it with Zwift. It’s compact size means it’s light and my wife can move it around with no difficulty. Finally, thanks to being compact, we could use it in our apartment where space was limited.

First off, I am super happy with my purchase. Saris processed and delivered my product ahead of schedule. The trainer feels great and setup was relatively easy. When you've calibrated it properly, it's quite demanding and responsive.
A few little complaints... I wish there was more guidance on which app works best with the M2. So far (need to futz with it more) Rouvy seems to work better than Zwift. The trainer is a little on loud side and takes a good 10minutes to warm up before its totally fluid and smooth. Tire tension is something I'd love more information on. Like how much is too much?

I love my M2 as much as my M1.

I had previously owned a CycleOps Magnus trainer after owning a regular magnetic trainer. When I saw the M2 didn't have any reviews, I felt obliged to write one!
First off, upgrading to a smart trainer is absolutely worth it. It's quieter, it adjusts resistance itself, and it's so much better to ride on a virtual platform than to put a youtube video on and pretend!
Secondly, you couldn't choose a better brand than Saris. My first Magnus years ago had a malfunction and customer support sent me a brand new unit. This time, everything was good on the first go and it was great! I already had Rouvy downloaded (which I love and I think is way better than Zwift, but that's for another review), so all I had to do was plug my new trainer in and I was ready to rock and roll! A minimal few clicks later and I was riding in Italy. Next up was Iowa. I couldn't be happier!

I have had the M2 for about a year now. Works great for both Rouvy and Zwift. I ride at least three times a week and I rarely have an issue with connection (only if I wait too long to start up the rouvy or Zwift on my device) I have had no issues with pairing on my PC, iPhone or iPad. For the price this has been a home run and a life saver in the winter. I would recommend getting the front wheel block to keep the front wheel secure.

My first ever indoor trainer purchase. I am very glad I bought this and made the investment as I wasn't planning on spending on a higher end model. Wonderful workout and so fun, especially using it with Zwift. Sound level was much quieter compared to lower models when I researched, but overall happy with sound level. Works with Zwift wonderfully. Zwift syncs up with ease via Apple TV. So far with the M2 no issues and I have been using it since December of last year and still working great. I am ready to go for the outdoor season and this definitely helped me get in better shape and preparation. The only negative thing though that I couldn't put the trainer together with the instructions, which could be better in terms of explaining on how to do it, but thank God Cycleops having the instructional videos, which helped me to do it. Otherwise, I am a happy camper.
Cons: Instructions need more explanation
