I’ve had a number of trainers over the years - from the fan type where you need steps to get onto your bike, rollers, “new” turbos and then the H3. All before have left me coming out of the winter months feeling quite good, then the first trip out with my mates and I’m off the back after an hour. Not this year.
Hooked up to Zwift and RGT, the H3 is a beast that gives you a real workout. Mont Ventoux - 2 hrs of suffering. Criteriums - real speed.
Very easy to set up - just plug n go. Nice and stable and incredibly quiet. Great when the weather clears up too that removing the bike is simple.
Extremely easy to set up - you can be riding within minutes. I connect via my iPad and train with Zwift primarily in ERG mode where the trainer adjusts the resistance automatically based on the structured workout interval. One of my favorite features is the overall quietness of the trainer - you can be hammering an interval and it stays whisper quiet - it’s crazy! I gave my old H2 to a friend and replaced with the H3 and can’t believe how much quieter this model runs...and it’s not like the H2 was loud - it wasn’t. Overall an excellent machine that I’m looking forward to using for years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Replace H2 with H3 - noticeable difference

Had my H2 for 2 years and put several thousand miles on it (literally), it was an excellent trainer. Wanted to get the H3 to get a slightly quieter trainer and it is that! The sound level is noticeably less. The trainer itself is quick to setup, quiet, seems to be right on power wise (compared to a crankset power meter). I'm glad I upgraded. I would recommend this trainer to anyone looking for a direct drive trainer, it's all I wanted in one. Quick changes to gradient, power, etc. Quiet and smooth, the large flywheel give a very realistic ride experience.
I use this with Zwift.

The H3 trainer is very quiet compared to my last trainer. This trainer came mostly assembled and it was easy to put on my 10-speed cassette. It was also easy to connect to my Garmin watch and other applications.

I bought this over a month. The technology is amazing, the feel is incredible and it makes very little noise. My only constructive feedback would be about the ¨Legs¨ you have to play a little bit with them to get them out or in, they work just fine but it can be improved.

Like the title says. It's hard to find any fault with this, especially at the price. I like the industrial design as well. The only caveat is that since the good ride quality comes from the heavy flywheel, it's work to move it around.
Awesome trainer. So happy I upgraded from a wheel-on to a direct drive trainer.

Better than Wahoo core

My Wahoo died so I needed a new trainer. The Saris feels smoother and more realistic on the spin up. It has a wider base too which seems to make it feel more stable. I had a problem getting it to pair until I deleted the wahoo app.
