Better than my 2018 W Kr

Bought a H3 to replace a 2018 W Kr and i am pleasantly surprised. Immediate connection out of the box w Zwift and super silent. Nothing else to say.

First time owning a smart trainer that can connect to Zwift and the like. It's awesome!! Super easy to setup and haven't had any problems connecting it via bluetooth.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall, I'm happy with my first trainer. It shipped quickly in an all-cardboard box, so +1 for being environmenOverall, I'm happy with my first trainer. It shipped quickly in an all-cardboard box, so +1 for being environmentally friendly. The trainer itself isn't flashy, but does what it's supposed to do and is discrete. I just need it to do its job. Installation was fairly easy, although the adapters were a bit confusing for someone new. It could be made easier with more infographics. I also wish this came with a cassette too out of the box, and an additional axel in case your quick-release skewer wasn't compatible.
Using it has made training during Fall and Winter actually fun with any software of your choice (Zwift, Rouvy). I prefer using the trainer over my previous stationary bikes because I love riding my bike. It makes it a lot easier to adjust my bike fit too.
The only point of improvement is that my trainer is not level. You can't really tell until you put the bike on. I have double-checked and my floors and my bike is mounted correctly. There are feet at the bottom of the H3 to adjust but I really have to twist it almost all the way up on the left side to make it barely level. I have been on this trainer now for about 2 months! I have nothing bad to say about it. Comes with everything you need to jump onto any of the popular virtual platforms. The app is easy to use and works great on my iPhone and iPad. If you’re on the fence don’t be. You won’t be disappointed.

Great for 5 months...then the knocking noise...

Trainer has been great for 5 months until the dreaded knocking noise started..unclear what's causing it so far, but may have to return and try another brand if I can get it figured out soon.

Good Product at Reasonable Price

This H3 was a replacement for an H1 that died after about 8 years of flawless performance. Setup was really simple. It connected to the App and Internet on the first power up. Firmware update and calibration was real smooth. I have it mounted on a MP-1 platform. Either the H3 or the platform needs a sound barrier. The H2 echoes through the MP-1. It sometimes sounds like a truck tire that has gone flat. I experience the same thing when I mounted my H1 on the platform. Prior to that I did not experience the noise. Definitely quieter than the H1. Same performance as the other brands at a much more tolerated cost.
