The simple design pulled me in, the power made me buy it! I saw it being demoed at a kitchen store and loved the way it blended even the largest pieces into liquid and the sound was not as offensive as my old blender at home. Did not have to give it much thought to buy, once i saw what it could do! Started with daily smoothies and graduated to soups now. Wow! My old blender doesn't make hot soups; a huge step up in the blender world. Sold!

Really like the preprogrammed settings for a variety of blended items.
Slightly concerned the plastic probe on the lid that triggers the blender to work could break easily.

Big and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very powerful and beautifully designed. Only caveat is the lid takes a lot of effort to take off, but it also ensures a very tight seal on whatever you’re blending.

Quite well working machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mixer. I haven’t owned a mixer for so long because I thought I was doing fine with my food processor. As I grow older, though, I prefer softer food and loving warm soups more and more. I get to make my warm soups, smoothies for my kids and much more with minimal noise. It makes so soft and quite noise.

Quiet but powerful

Excellent operation, once you get the hang of it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful product, high functioning, but the controls are not terribly intuitive. You also have to have the kid entirely closed before the court trial even become available for use (and if that sounds confusing, it’s because it is). That said, the product is maybe a bit like a good sports car; you have to learn a thing or two to make it go, but once it does, it really does go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The programs are easy to use. We mainly use this for smoothies we use the other functions less, but the cleaning function has been really easy. The way that the blade is attached, there is no seam for food to get in and make mold. I do agree with some of the other reviews that the mechanism for activating the blender is not designed well, as the handle is clear and you will Be unable to remove anything that gets into the channel. I do not plan to put the container in the dishwasher to avoid this.
