[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the 8" pan along with an 11" ceramic pan from another brand. After 6 months of careful use, the ceramic pan seems to be losing it's non stick surface. The Zwilling pan has been fantastic. Clean up has been very easy, so much so, that I purchased this 3 pack! So far it's been great. The pans feel sturdy, handles are staying cool. The 8" does tend to tilt on my gas stove top if not positioned fully on the grate, because of the weight of the handle. Just something to watch for. I have not noticed that with the larger pans.

NON STICK , HEALTHY COOKING

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and i are both seniors, healthy cooking is essential ,I have used the pans for cooking almost all my Chinese dishes , less or no oil, non stick and easy to clean, most important -healthy. Having delicious but not greasy Chinese food, highly recommend the product.
