really even heat distribution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pans seem to maintain an even temperature across the entire bottom. No burning in the center with uncooked on the edges.

Scratched first use

I have always love this brand and was thrilled with the price of the set of skillets. First time that I used one, it scratched! I never use anything but nylon spatulas and spoons with non-stick cookware. Love everything else about the pans, but I am not sure how long the finish will last if it scratched that easy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First truly non-stick cookware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Zwilling pans because I can count on them to cook evenly, and produce a non-stick clean up. With just a little bit of fat, I don't have to worry about excessive soaking and scrubbing. They also cook a fried egg better than any other pan I've owned. I love that I can go directly from stove to oven as well!
