The 8” and 10” are great, well made, sturdy, and the non-stick releases food easily. However, the 12”s bottom warps when heated therefore creating hot spots and creating an uneven surface for contact with the heating surface. And yes, I slowly heated the pan over low heat.

I am pleased with the even distribution of heat in this pan due to its solid in weight and a sturdy handle making it easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy these pans. Everything I’ve cooked has been so easy to do and even easier to clean. The non stick surface is perfect. The pan heats up great. Just make sure to leave it on a low heat. I love cooking with these pans!
