This is my second set I have purchase as I want to start my daughter off with a set of pans I been cooking with for a year. These are great pans do you want to start off on medium heat and always use silicone tools. Let the pans cool before cleaning them. And they will last you a lifetime. Great non-stick service very even cooking surface.

Handles are loose

Con: The handles on all four of the pans I own are loose. They wobble. Emailed Zwilling about it and never heard back. Will not be purchasing any additional from this company.

This 3-piece fry pan set makes you ready for anything. The 8-inch is an ideal pan for eggs. I set it aside for just that purpose so my eggs come out beautifully. The 10-inch is the everyday size for my husband and I; an omelet, two hambuger patties or chicken breasts, a bunch of vegetables. And the 12-inch when our daughter and her husband are over. Perfect. I can size up or down as the copany and recipe call for.
The Motion line of hard anodized aluminum fry pans is terrific. They feature a durable non-stick coating that holds up to frequent use. The thick layer of aluminum makes the pan heat up quickly and evenly, minimizing hot spots and scorched foods. Dishwasher safe but hand wash to keep it looking like new. You can use metal utensils on the surface, although I generally use silicone or wood/bamboo; it just keeps it looking nicer, and I don't have to remind the family all the time.
Dishwasher safe, but if you want it to look like new hand wash. The non-stick surfaces really shows it’s value by the easy clean up.

I previously received a Zwilling Motion cookware set for Christmas and I absolutely love it. When I saw that the 3 piece frypan was available online thru a website offered by my former employer, I was so happy to order it. I wish your company would offer open stock on the smaller sauce pan.

These pans are heavy enough in gauge to heat evenly and hold heat well, but light enough to be easy to hold and use. Cleanup is an easy as promised, and the bit of extra depth to them means that you can use them for light braising as well as sauteing. Screaming deal for the three of them, so I bought my daughter a set, too.

Bought two sets

I originally purchased these for my vacation condo in Florida. Like the stay cool handle, and the non stick is second to none. I can put these in the oven and they are dishwasher safe. Liked them so much I had to buy a second set for my place back home. Can't cook without these.
