[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years of learning how to properly use and care for the bargain knives I’ve always had, it was time to step up to a nice set. These feel great in your hand, sharpen nicely, and t perfectly. I like that I can curate my own collection by buying these piecemeal, but this starter kit sets me off on the right foot! Love these and can’t wait to prep my fridge full of veggies!
