[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a hobby chef, these are the ONLY knives in my kitchen that aren't from my handmade forger. I use them exclusively and have for decades. Those who know me there is only one rule in my kitchen. DO NOT TOUCH MY KNIVES.

The handles fit and feel great even in my large hands. The balance of the knives is excellent making them a joy to use. I will never turn down a Henckel knife when offered.
