[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the finest knives I have ever had. I usually have to replace my knives every year because even sharpening them doesn't bring back the original sharpness. Not these knives, they are going to be in my kitchen for a long time to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives were a gift from my son, who is a chef and they are the best ones I've ever had. I bought a knife holder for them as I'm determined to take good care of them! My only question: Why didn't he give these to me years ago??!
