[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is a chef and has used Henckels knives thru out his career. He brought them home one day and I got to use them and fell in love with them. So I ordered the starter set for myself. Great knife.

The total knife package for a home chef

Don't forget to purchase a knife sharpener though.
