These knives have made the prep work so much easier! The knives are sharp, lightweight, and comfortable to hold. Should have bought them sooner!!

Bought J.A Henckels and J.A. Henckels International in early 1980's-1990's: in 2019 I'm still using them daily! Why a review from a purchase so long ago? Simply put, it is my testament of how reliable and exceptional J.A. Henckels knives are! Far less fear of German steel from rusting, after use I hand wash and dry them immediately! LOVE THEM! With reasonable care, it's guaranteed to be a 100% positive buy to last a lifetime!
