[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you first pick up the pans, you can tell They are well made. as long as you read the directions, you should be fine. Do not use Pam or any other type of cooking spray on these products, only use oils or butter. Also make sure not to use high heat, this will ruin the non-stick features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ballarini 8-inch ceramic pan is great. Ballarini Parma Plus 8-inch Nonstick Fry Pan has excellent durability and distributes heat evenly. It has an induction-safe soft-grip silicone base that is suitable for use on all cooktops. Additionally, this fry pan is dishwasher safe and could be used to cook pretty much everything. Great buy at a great price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our 8 inch pan every morning to make the perfect sunny side up eggs. The temperature of the pan is the best and cleans up so easy. I love it so much that I have added the 10 inch and 12 inch Parma Plus skillets to my collection.
