Nice Weight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this aluminum pan isn't as light as I thought it would be, it is still light enough for a disabled person to easily pick up and move about plus it adds a solid feel to the pan. Just remember that "red" means to begin cooking and "green" means okay to clean! (My first time I had this in my mind backwards.) As I'm used to cooking on stainless steel, I was amazed that just my first swipe with a sponge picked up all the debris in the pan!

Best pan for perfect fried eggs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product specifically to cook fried eggs… And it is perfect! I love that it doesn’t have any bad chemicals, and it is completely non-stick. It’s made in Italy so I feel extra safe about using this pan.

The BEST Pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan heats up quickly. The first thing I made and it was an omelette. Nothing stuck to the pan. I am so impressed. Cleanup was so easy. I am looking forward to buying more pieces of this collection.

Amazing Italian Frypan.

It even has a built in temperature indicator which tells you when the pan is heated and ready to cook. The pan cleans up beautifully with just a damp paper towel. Fried eggs are especially delicious since the pan browns the eggs slightly. Very affordable as well.

Great for everyday use...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pan is excellent for everyday use as I have used one for over a year and had minimal issues with it. I just bought a new one and it does say not to use non-stick sprays, which is a shame. I have little problems with food sticking before, but it does clean up very easy.
