This pan is fantastic for making omelettes or a couple egg. The non-stick coating is great, super durable. I love that it has no rivets to clean around!

I like this pan for omelettes and hash browns. It's my "go to" breakfast pan! the surface is durable and have not had any issues with this pan. this pan will wipe clean with a moist paper towel. No rivets inside the pot makes it even easier to keep clean.

Madura Plus pans are made by Ballarini who are the #1 producers of non stick in Italy. The nonstick is so durable it can go in the dishwasher every night which is a huge plus. I do like the stability of these pans, the bottom is heavy and even if it gets knocked around on the stove it won't turn over. And hallelujah, one lid for 3 pans, that's a real space saver.

Like the thickness of these fry pans for their heat retention. Great searing, browning and even cooking. Excellent non-stick surface for doing egg dishes. Absence of rivets makes for easy clean up.

These pans from Madura are lightweight and easy to handle and use. They clean up easily and well - just soak and the residue comes right out. Makes cooking eggs, omelettes, frittatas, hash browns a cinch. I use this pan almost daily and it holds up well.

I love this 8" fry pan! It is the perfect size, weight and coating. I can saute onions and peppers and turn them into a beautiful omelette. the eggs move so much easier on the pan than any pan I've ever had. The handle is so comfortable too! The temp is very even and the stay cool handles make cooking a breeze. I confess, I do put pans in the dishwasher but these have not been any worse for the wear of the dishwasher, so there is that!

Who doesn't love a fry set that comes with a universal lid to fit them all?! This 4pc set is an excellent value and prevents you from searching for the right sized lid to fit each one. The universal lid will comfortably fit on either pan, ensuring your food stays extra warm. The Madura pans are lightweight but durable and the nonstick coating is incredibly easy to clean.
