The multilayer DuraSlide granite nonstick coating is 40 times more durable than traditional coatings. We recommend not using a high heat setting as this can cause sticking. Madura Plus Cookware conducts heat very well at lower temperatures, so we recommend using low to medium heat than you would do with a traditional fry pan to ensure the best results, to overheat the pan will cause damage to the pan’s non-stick properties.
