i’ve got several skillets from the Madura Plus line. They’re all quite solid, and the non-stick coating lasts much better than most. Do not use metal utensils.

Durability is not its strong suit

We purchased several of these pans based on the. great NY Times article and other reviews. However, they are extremely fragile. Even with using pan protectors, the slightest touch eats the corners and liner causing aluminum to show. Also, the outside is like a magnet for stains and oil, and its outside texture makes it very difficult to clean. For the cost these underperform compared to very inexpensive pans.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have only used three times. That said everything slides right out and cooks evenly. I especially like the handle with no screws, easy to handle and clean. I'm saving for more like this fry pan.

Pan does not hold up. Coating is disintegrating.

I have been using this pan regularly for two years and the inside is cracking, peeling and has become bumpy. I’m concerned the coating is getting into the food.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
