Wow. For years I avoided non-stick pans because I considered myself a “purist” but this thing is amazing. Nice heavy feel, durable finish, you can even use it with metal utinsels. My new go-to pan for eggs.

Eggs that don’t stick!

Wonderful pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this pan to make an omelette this morning. Unlike all my other nonstick pans, the egg mixture did not stick at all. I was able to flip the omelette over in the air with just a flick of the wrist.
