Worth the Investment

These steak knives are the best you can get!! I've since bought 4 more as we usually have at least 8 adults for a celebration dinner. Everyone coments that they are awesome. I have gifted them as well to family who are thrilled to get them.

The perfect cut

Steak knives are really important to my husband. So I did quite a bit of research to determine if these were worth it. They definately are. They are forged whereas many steak knives are stamped. They have a fine edge, while many others have a large serration that rip your meat. They are super sharp and have a nice weight. We started with the set of 4 but will need to add more.

These were an add on to my coveted Pro knife set. They pair perfectly with the same bolster design and the razor sharp straight makes a world of difference in how easily you can slice through meat.

For Meat Lovers who Like Elegance

I love that these knives have all the technical benefits of the Pro line but also have the elegance of classic knives. The blade is shaped like a boning knife which makes it really useful when cutting around chicken bones, porterhouse bones lamb bones. The sharpness of the blade lets it glide through fresh tomatoes - skin and all - and anything with a tough outer skin and soft interior.

Best Steak Knives

These are absolutely the best steak knives I’ve ever used. They’re basically mini Pro boning knives! I love the curved bolster, and the fact that it matches my knife set. The straight edge slices through meat smoothly instead of tearing it apart like a serrated knife would. Due to the straight edge, they do require sharpening just like a traditional knife.
