They are very sharp and great step up from the "hand-me-down" knives that they are replacing. My Henckels chef knives have not let me down in over 10yrs and I'm sure these will last a very long time as well.

Nice heavy steak knives that work nicely however, I can only fit 5 at a time (I purchased 8) in my Zwelling J.A. Henckels knife block…the handles are much thicker than my previous steak knives and I was previously able to fit 6 knives.

Very nice quality and knifes overall. Seller said they were unable to be sharpened but I don’t see that being an issue

Super sharp with a great hand feel!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just finished a six week cooking school class, and all the chefs personally use Henckel knives. I already own a block set, but the steak knives have worn down over time, so this was an amazing purchase to have a boxed set of very sharp steak knives. LOVE how sharp they are but even better, they have a great weight, balance and hand feel to them as well! A must buy!
