Great Indoor Grill

I love grilling peaches! It's amazing the flavor you get with those little grill lines and how much the juices flow when heated. This is an awesome pan with a thick aluminum base, perfect for getting extreme heat - a requirement for grilling. The new soft, heat resistant handles have a heat sensor that turns from green to red, letting you know when your grill pan has reached the ideal temperature. You don't have to worry about food sticking or clean up. The non stick coating releases perfectly every time and is metal utensil safe.

Easy to use and easy to clean

The thing I like about this grill pan is how easy it is to clean. Made in Italy from cold forged aluminum this pan has a thick bottom for quick and even heating and a pour rim for a no mess experience. The Granitium coating is reinforced with ceramic particles that increase the scratch resistance and allow metal utensils to be used. The handle feels great in the hand and has a thermo point built in that turns red when the pan is hot enough to cook in and green when the pan is cool enough to wash. Leaves perfect grill marks on steaks, chops and vegetables with or without oil. And as I mentioned before clean up is a breeze!!

What a Grill

This pan is perfect for grilling anything, especially that food with a sticky sauce. The grill has grooves that collect any drippings so your food doesn't sit in fat. Clean up is a breeze due to the Granitium non stick surface. The most unique thing about the pan is it has Thermopoint technology that lets you know when your pan is hot or cool. And a bonus - it has pour spouts.

Disappointed that there's no lid.

I was really excited to use this pan until i discovered that there is no lid for it, and you can't buy one separately. I like to cover things when i grill to minimize splatter, and you cant put a round cover on a square pan. I'll be returning it and opting for a round pan instead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This grill pan is a good one to have around, especially if you don't have a real grill to use. The nonstick coating is ultra durable and I like the Thermopoint light on the handle that lets me know when it is hot enough to cook on and cool enough to rinse/wash. This grill pan is lightweight but re-enforced with a strong body for long term use.

We love to grill meats, fish, and vegetables. This grill pan works beautifully. We get nice grill marks. The non-stick is amazing! And clean up is super easy. A great Italian made pan. Excellent price for the quality.
