Elegant and functional flatware set

Overall, I am pleased with my flatware set. They are a nice, simple design that works well for me as I am not crazy about the more decorative designs, especially for everyday use. The butter knives in particular are pretty sturdy and have a nice serrated edge good for cutting food, not just spreading butter. The set is middleweight - they aren't super heavy in your hand but are not so lightweight that they feel like a cheap set. The only thing I don't love about them is they are prone to collecting fingerprints and fogging up when they are held, which is not a dealbreaker but seems a little unusual to me - I've never had that happen in a set before.

Nice quality and value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sleek design an 18/10 SS drew me to the set. The knife is well weighted and sharp. The other pieces are slightly lighter then what I an use to but I thick it should be fine.

Elegant, understated, and quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Silvano flatware set after using a chunky 18/0 set form Oneida for the last 10 years or so. I didn't realize how nice silverware could be until I opened the package on this Silvano set! The pieces are perfectly polished, smooth, with no sharp or rough edges where they shouldn't be and with a wonderful balanced feel in the hand on all the pieces. They wash up beautifully and are a joy to use. As well, the design is classic and simple (none of the overly-ornate designs common to the category) but beautiful just the same. Love this set!

Not Just Knives!

I received this flatware as a gift and love it! I've been using the same silverware for 20+ years so this is a nice upgrade.
