[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the simplicity of the set, and especially the look and feel of the knives. I wish the forks and spoons had a little more weight to them, but they are very elegant and I can’t wait to have a party and show them off!

such a graceful set of flatware. I love how they feel in your hand, so balanced, the appropriate weight, and very nice finish. Ive been told by several sources that 18/10 stainless is the best way to go and to actively look for that on the packaging. any thing less can start to get little brown spots that look like rust or the brilliance wear off over time. The fact that the knives are made from 1 piece of steel and are forged let me know that they will survive a lot of use.

I just adore Henckels!
