It cooks for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer this pan over heavy cast iron as it performs in the same way (except for higher temp oven transfer). It’s amazingly light, browns we’ll, and no stick! Easy to clean. I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this pan for a couple of weeks to fry eggs and never used any oil or butter and the eggs never stick. I have also sauté vegetables. It heats evenly and cleansing easily. It's a great value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third Ballarini Parma Plus pan we have purchased. Wow, what an excellent product, and a joy to cook with! The heat level indicator is very nice, but the real treat is the surface and way they cook. I haven't stuck anything to them yet, and they are so easy to clean. Wish we had found them years ago.
