Only cookware I’ll use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased other cookware from Ballarini and all I can say is, where have you been my whole life! I can do all styles of cooking from liquids to frying! Everything turns out great and the cleanup is easy! Wipes out clean! I am buying a set for my daughters Christmas gift this year. I cannot say enough about how much I love these pans!!!

Sturdy and well made

Non-stick made clean up very simple.
It is pretty heavy - more like cast iron - but can still be lifted one handed.
I would recommend this to a friend!
