Nothing sticks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The red dot indicates when the pan is heated. Food glides around the pan with just a little bit of oil. So far, so good.

Great for everyday use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am giving it 5 stars despite having one pan being defective. I have used the pans per instructions and did not use metal utensils with the pans, I rarely used soap and sponge to clean. I mainly used paper towel and water to clean the pans. I may have put the pan through dishwasher 2 or 3 times. After using it for about 6 months the inside coating started to flake off. The warranty claim process was hassle free. After emailing the customer service team I received my new replacement within 10 days. I love using the pan because it does not stick and does not require high heat to cook. Fried eggs slide off easily with only a hint of oil. Sometimes I just use water to get the eggs unstuck from the pan and then flip them. I plan on using the pan for the rest of my life if it does last that long. I have 3 piece set small medium large pans. None of the other pans had their coating come off so I believe it was a factory defect. Anyway I would highly recommend this product.

Excellent Pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the indicator that tells you whether or not the pan is hot. It's very convenient and easy to use. I also love the weight of the pan and the feel of the handle. I would recommend it.

Excellent 12" fry pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for frying pan that did not have Teflon coating as that is known to be harmful to your health. This Ballarini pan was chemical free and works great. Completely non stick. Cooks well. Cleans well.
