The lid cracked and glass shattered the lid is no good
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the size and the countless capabilities of this skillet. However, extremely disappointed! Skillet chipped on my first initial use, and the second time I used it, my food sticks to the pan, and I haven’t been able to clean it, even though it’s been soaking for two days in water. The coating is coming off. I almost want to return it or exchange it. I have read and followed initial guidelines on how to use it. I expected a better quality product for the price.
