Stunning Colour Must be Seen!

Great-sized cast iron that holds nearly 4 quarts. It's a rustic new color that will be with family for years. Like other Staubs...it has tiny spikes which continually circulate moisture throughout vessel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This pan is perfect for making risotto. It has self-basting Chistera spikes on the interior of the lid which collect and return all moisture back into dish - nothing dries out and the food stays moist. The heat capability of the pan is amazing - heats up quickly and evenly.

Great for everyday use

I love the size of this pot because it is great for cooking one of my favorite things, risotto! Because it is cast iron, it heats evenly and retains heat very well, which is key to creating a creamy risotto. The size is great so that you get a lot of surface area, but isn't gigantic, so I can make enough for just 2.

I like the more modern look of this cocotte, and I do like to mix modern with traditional in all aspects of my life. I think the traditional cocotte and this cocotte look great together on the dinner table or the BBQ buffet. The domed lids on our cocottes have the same self-basting concept but this lid has the Christera swoosh, as I call it. Moisture collects on the Christera and then drops back down in tot he french oven to continually self-baste. This creats very moist and tender dishes!

White Truffle is one of my absolute favorite colors because it looks more rustic, and I like rustic. Great for those larger batches of rice on stir-fry nights or Spanish rice on Taco Tuesday. It cleans up so easily due to the dark enamel interior!

Growing up on farm this Pot reminds me of those early years in my life. Fantastic one pot meals, chili and soups. Another piece of quality Staub Cookware.

This French oven cooks grains perfectly. It has self-basting Chistera spikes on the interior of the lid which collect and return all moisture back into dish - nothing dries out and the food stays moist. The heat capability of the pan is amazing - heats up quickly and evenly, also stays hot for hours. I have also pan fried a steak in this pan and it produces a beautiful sear.

My family loves sticky rice and this pan is perfect to cook it in. It has self-basting Chistera spikes on the interior of the lid which collect and return all moisture back into dish so the rice is always moist. The heat capability of the pan is amazing - heats up quickly and evenly, also stays hot for hours. I also have pan fried a steak in this pan and it produces a beautiful sear, so versatile.
