My second cocotte!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a 4qt cocotte in 2020 and I love it. When I saw this one with a rounded bottom, I decided to get this one as well. I love the rounded bottom, it will make stir frying easier (I haven’t used it yet). I just washed it and can’t wait to start using it! I thought buying a second one would be good so I can use one to make a stew while I’m baking a bread in the other one. I might come up with another reason to get myself a third one one day… I love the self-basting effect of the lid and the black enamel coat. I’ve seen people’s used Le Creuset’s enamel all cracked… I won’t have to worry about that with this black enamel coat of Staub’s!

Beautiful addition to my kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The French Oven compared to my 4 quart Dutch oven is a bit lighter. The grenadine color is stubbing and the overall finish is stunning. I will be using this daily for soups, rice and cooking meat. Love that I can serve out of this pot and the food stays hot
