This dutch oven could definitely be bigger but it is good for cooking for two. The nonstick coating is ultra durable and I like the Thermopoint light on the handle that lets me know when it is hot enough to cook on and cool enough to rinse/wash. The dutch oven is lightweight but re-enforced with a strong body for long term use.

Everybody needs a Dutch oven. It's the perfect pan to sear a roast and then slow cook on a low oven temperature to get a tender, delicious meal. But this pan will also be your go-to for soups, stews and chili. Its thick aluminum base ensures even cooking. The non stick is so durable you can use metal utensils, plus it's dishwasher safe too.
The glass lid makes it easy to keep an eye on your food and the soft lid knob and handles are very comfortable as well as heat resistant.

Awesome for soup and chili

This pot is the perfect size for my soup, stew and chili recipes. Made in Italy from cold forged aluminum this pan has a thick bottom for quick and even heating and a pour rim for a no mess experience. The Granitium coating is reinforced with ceramic particles that increase the scratch resistance and allow metal utensils to be used. The handle feels great in the hand and has a thermo point built in that turns red when the pan is hot enough to cook in and green when the pan is cool enough to wash. Oven safe to 300 degrees this pot can be used for long low heat recipes as well. Easy to clean and is dishwasher safe.

This pan really does it all, braising, sauteing, simmering and we even use it to fry burgers and heat up soup. The pan is made from cold-forged aluminum so it heats up quickly and evenly. A nice option is that it can go in the oven up to 300F, perfect for keeping dinner warm.

Great size, great non-stick. Perfect for soups, chili or pasta. The lid allows you to monitor your progress. Comfortable handles that are easy to grasp. A nice addition to our kitchen!
