Braise Away in this beauty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quarantine has led to a collection of staub products for me. The quality is unmatched and the exterior finishes are just breath taking. I have had no issues with chips in the enamel. No issues with cleaning either! I love the beautiful sear from utilizing this pan. Then it’s an easy transition to the oven to finish cooking through. 10/10!!

This is a great pan for making chicken or meat and veggies together. I brown the meat first, give it some time to cook, and then add the vegetables. Flavorful meals with the vegetables cooking in the meat or chicken juices, and I can use the same pan to serve the dinner. The glass lid allows me to check the progress of the meal without lifting the lid several times. Wide enough surface to cook burgers, chops, steak. Many uses.
